Afri-Sky Holdings (Pty) Ltd (ASH) was registered in 2013. The subsidiaries under the ASH structure have been operational since 2011; 2013 and 2015 respectively. In a strategic shift in 2015, it was decided to bring the various subsidiaries into alignment under ASH. Through these entities ASH has been able to develop relationships in Africa, USA, Europe and Asia.

Marlon BurgessDirector and CEO
Having held Management and Director positions with many local and international brands such as Johnson and Johnson, Dinaledi Medical, Philips and Stryker, Marlon Burgess brings a wealth of knowledge and years of experience to ASH.
In 2015 Marlon completed his tenure as Chairman of SAMED and still is an active Board Member. Marlon also Chairs: AMCHAM Health Forum and SAMED’s Public Sector Committee.
Bruce ManuelDirector and COO
Bruce Manuel has knowledge and experience in the Public Relations realm in the Financial sector having been the National spokesperson for the Ombudsman for Banking Services before starting his own Public Relations business.
In 2011 he started the first division of ASH: PMB Health and Safety Services and is currently Head of Operations for ASH. Bruce sits on the Transformation Committee at SAMED, participates in the AMCHAM Transformation Forum as well as the SALDA Africa Committee.
Merlyn AdamsProject Manager
Merlyn joined Afri Sky Holdings in 2013 as Project Manager to head up the groups newly established energy division, Sky Energy & Technologies, where he was responsible for the marketing and sales activities of the business unit.
He is currently also responsible for all the technical and regulatory matters pertaining the groups medical devices products and services.
Prior to joining ASH, Merlyn was employed with Warner Lambert Pharmaceuticals, Shell Petroleum International and the Development Bank of Southern Africa, where he held various managerial positions in the health and energy sectors of the respective organisations. Merlyn has recently been appointed as Director of Sky Energy & Technologies. Merlyn sits on the AMCHAM energy forum.
